We are very glad to see the progress our Mamas has made since we startet Moving Mamas seven months ago. But we are almost bewildered by the impact we are having on the businesses we partner up with. I guess it proves what we all know; businesses are made up of people – and we all want to make a difference.
The integration challenge
Becoming integrated in a new society is challening for all. If you can not find employment it is even harder. Having the right skillset and experience is of course important if you are to land a job, but knowing the right people might be even more important. In Norway most job openings are communicated through networks, and we hire people that someone we trust can vouch for. So how can new citizens get access to these networks quickly?
